HISS Clothing – Returns & Refund Policy

At HISS Clothing, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns Overview

We offer a 14-day return window from the date your order is delivered. Within this time, you may request a return for store credit or exchange.

Refunds are only provided for:

  • Faulty or damaged items
  • Incorrect items received

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, all items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • Free from makeup, fake tan, deodorant marks, odours, or pet hair
  • Returned in original packaging

Any items that do not meet these requirements may be declined and returned to you at your expense.


Sale & Promotional Items

  • Items purchased on sale, clearance, or with discount codes are not eligible for refunds
  • These items may only be returned for store credit, unless faulty

Return Costs

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as HISS Clothing is not responsible for lost returns

How to Start a Return

To begin your return:

  1. Email support@hissclothing.co.nz with your:
    • Order number
    • Item(s) you wish to return
    • Reason for return
  2. Our team will provide the return address and next steps
  3. Send your item back using a trackable method

Processing Time

  • Returns are processed within 5–10 business days after being received
  • Once approved, store credit will be issued via email

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
Once your return is approved, you will receive store credit to place a new order.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide photos and your order number

If confirmed, we will offer:

  • A replacement (if available), or
  • A full refund

Return shipping for faulty items will be covered by us.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Clearance items marked Final Sale
  • Intimate or hygiene-sensitive items (if applicable)
